- Learner data: training progress, assessment results, voice and text inputs.
- Usage data: log files, device, browser, IP address, analytics events.
- Communications: enquiries, support requests, demo bookings.
- Billing information: handled by our payment processors; we do not store full card details.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Services;
- To personalise learning content and translations;
- To generate compliance, completion, and competency reports for your employer;
- To process payments and manage subscriptions;
- To communicate updates, security alerts, and support;
- To meet legal, regulatory, and WHS reporting obligations.
4. AI Processing
The Services use AI models (including third-party providers such as OpenAI and Google) to translate content, generate learning materials, and process voice. Inputs may be transmitted to these providers under contractual data-protection terms. We do not permit your data to be used to train public foundation models.
5. Disclosure of Information
We may share personal information with:
- Your employer or training administrator (for learner records);
- Service providers (hosting, analytics, AI, email, payment);
- Authorities where required by law.
We do not sell personal information.
6. Overseas Storage
Some of our service providers (e.g. cloud hosting and AI vendors) operate outside Australia, including in the United States and European Union. Where data is transferred overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure recipients handle it consistently with the APPs.
7. Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, role-based access controls, logging, and regular reviews. No system is completely secure; you use the Services at your own risk.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and to meet legal, training-record, and WHS retention requirements. We securely delete or de-identify data when no longer required.
9. Your Rights
You may request to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate or out-of-date information;
- Withdraw consent or close your account, subject to legal retention obligations;
- Make a privacy complaint.
