Leneila Lynne
Born in Victoria and raised in rural New Zealand, Leneila was shaped by a deep respect for hard work, community, and inclusivity. With a background in digital marketing, innovation, and artificial intelligence, she brings an entrepreneurial mindset grounded in both strategic thinking and human insight. Her passion lies in human behaviour—understanding how people think, learn, and connect at an individual level. She is a strong advocate for AI as a force for good, using it to shape modern learning experiences that adapt to people in meaningful ways. Through her work, she is committed to improving safety by creating learning environments that are inclusive, accessible, and designed for how each individual understands and engages—particularly across blue-collar and high-risk industries.

Justin Koschitzke
Justin, a former St Kilda Saints AFL player, brings his lived experience from a 5,000-acre broad-acre farm in NSW. As a mental health advocate and public speaker, he's seen first-hand in rural and blue-collar worker scenarios how communication gaps and misunderstandings can cost lives — especially how mental health can affect the safety of workers on a daily basis if not understood.
The Intelligence Behind the Innovation
Together, they created Acumind AI — an intelligent Learning Intelligence Platform (LIP) built from lived experience and a deep understanding of diverse learning styles.
Grounded in VARK learning principles (visual, auditory, reading, and kinaesthetic), the platform transforms complex safety information into adaptive, interactive training tailored to each organisation's workforce, culture, and language needs.
